Guild Bank Rules

We closely monitor all the withdrawals and deposits to make sure people aren't abusing the guild bank.

The guild bank is not there for personal gain. It is for guild members who need and can use items from the bank, and to help the guild as a whole. As listed previously, we do monitor guild bank deposits and withdrawals - credits and items. If we find that you are removing excessive or unneeded items and/or selling them for personal gain (including but not limited to the GTN), you will either be demoted or, if necessary, removed from the guild.

Be responsible. Do not take more than you need. If you take a stack of 99 materials. Use what you need and put the rest back. Also, we encourage you to donate items that you may not need but could benefit others.

Deposits

We currently have 7 vault tabs on the Pub and Imp side. Some tabs are only accessible by specific roles.

• The top Conquest Mats tab is for guild items, flagship plans, frameworks, etc. 

• The second tab, Perks Overflow, serves as a tab for extra prizes and rewards, as well as the location for the prizes rolled off on Guild Conquest/Events nights. 

• The third tab, Perks / Awards contains the items reserved for the winners of our weekly guild Conquest contest. 

• The fourth tab is reserved for stims and boosts. 

• The fifth tab is the Give and Take tab. This is where most of the items donated to other guild members end up. Please note that we would like all items donated to be placed in the Donations tab, and not the Give and Take tab. 

• The sixth tab is a general tab where we place crafting materials tab. 

• Finally, the last tab is the Donations tab, where all items donated should be dropped off.

Everything that is put in to the Guild Bank is property of the Guild.

Withdrawals

The number of items and amounts available for withdrawal/repair for each guild rank are described in detail in the Ranks section of the website.

Credit Donations

Members may donate whatever they like, whenever they like. Of course, all donations are greatly appreciated. Funds will be used for extra vaults, Guild Flagships, summons and repairs.  

A majority of our donations are used to purchase items for prizes stored in the Guild Bank and to fund our Conquest Contests, Discord giveaways as well as our regular and special event prizes.
